Even though there are plenty of bull sculptures down in the public park called Pioneer Plaza, those aren't the one we're talking about. In the Dallas, it's way cheaper to go and ride a mechanical bull, as a therapy for when you're not in a mood than actually going to a therapist. What could possibly be better than starting off an evening in a bar, by riding a bull? A Little bit of embarrassment isn't going to hurt you. And besides, break a record or last long enough and you'll impress the audience for sure! Who knows, maybe you'll become the city champion!

2. Game Day!

When we first think of Dallas, Mustang just comes right to our mind (Both muscle car and football team). If you are lucky enough to visit Dallas during GameDay, make sure to hit the Boulevard at SMU (Southern Methodist University) to enjoy the football and the whole event called Boulevard! Don't forget to make reservations first, of course. Over there you can rent a tent or any other useful thing. Besides that, you can set a barbecue; have a catering delivered at your spot. Practically you can have everything you need to enjoy the pretty cheerful fans, meet some new friends and enjoy the SMU Football Saturday!

Remember the Drive-in theaters? Sure, Flintstones might have used them before you, but I'm sure we all feel nostalgic about it. Just imagine spending a night under the open sky, surrounded by a friendly crowd and family or friends, watching your favorite movie. Something like that would help you relax and forget about all the chores and problems you have back at home. Best of all, Galaxy Drive-in resides just 45 minutes south of Dallas, in Ennis.

Do you know where JFK was assassinated? That’s right, in Dallas. There is a museum at Dealey Plaza, on the sixth floor of the Dallas County Administration Building that examines the life and death as well as the legacy of President John F. Kennedy. They use artifacts, photographs, and historic films to document the assassination. The Sixth Floor Museum webcam even features a live view from the sniper spot, from which the JFK was shot. This museum is worth the trip for sure.

What do you think about having fun at a Ball, and being humanitarian at the same time? Cattle Baron's Ball has been going on every year since the 1974 and so far it has generated over $68 million for cancer research. This is the largest single-night fundraiser ever organized. Tickets for the CDD cost $1,000 and they may be purchased by either credit card or cash. One of the famous donors are Andrews, Kendall, Fauxcades etc. If you want to market your business, CBB would be the great way to do it, since not only you would be humanitarian, but you would also have certain sponsorship opportunities, and the fine reputation would stick around as well. This year's CBB went off on October the 15th, so make sure not to miss it next year!

8. Christmas

It may sound strange, but people of Dallas can't wait to see the Neiman Marcus window display, which is created by Ignaz Gorischek. Maybe the holiday crawl tubes aren't really made for the adults, but with all the magic Ignaz brings, and kid's happiness; you simply can't feel the Christmas. Besides window display, there are romantic rides through the Park Cities, arranged by Vintage Carriage, showing outstanding Christmas lights and Christmas spirit which you can feel anywhere around the city. Besides all of that, just like in most of the cities, there’s a "Whose neighborhood shines prettier" kind of competition going on between cities. The home that always stands out from the rest is the Jeff and Bridgette Trykoski's home. They have made beautiful Christmas-themed decorations, and every year they just keep the cables on and let the audience enjoy the Christmas beauty at its best. If there are any chances for you to spend Christmas time in Dallas, go for it, we promise you won't regret it at all.
